The Best Beer You've Never Tasted
When you're strapped for cash, some of life's pleasures take a backseat to the bare necessities. Once you're taking paid surveys on Opinion Outpost as a way to make money online, you can finally try all those incredible craft beers toiled on by some of the finest brewers in the country, as is so tempting before choosing the financially frugal, less tasty option on your nights out. Here are some of our favorite high-scale beers you can try with your newfound source of income!
For the Brand Fan: Boston Beer Company's Sam Adams Products
Although it's by no means a small brand, this one simply can't be ignored. Ranked No. 1 by The Brewer's Association, there's no substitute for this iconic American brewery, which is responsible for national brand Sam Adams (modeled after a famous New England revolutionary figure), this company has mastered the art of the microbrew. The product was chosen as "America's best beer" just six weeks after its initial release in 1985 and has certainly retained the title over the years, pioneering custom brews like Pumpkin Ale in the fall, delicious Summer Brew, Winter Lager and the brand new Rebel IPA (India Pale Ale). Another standout brewery in the area is the Harpoon Brewery, famous for its IPAs and local flavor.
For the IPA Fan: Dogfish Head Brewery's 120 Minute IPA
Based in scenic Milton, Delaware, the Dogfish Head Brewery is called the "holy grail for hop-heads" by the American Craft Beer blog. Their recipe is "continually hopped over a 120-minute boil and then dry-hopped every day for a month," according to the publication, resulting in a product called the Imperial India Pale Ale - a cut above the rest. For those hooked on the hop flavor, nothing beats the floral notes of this delicious brew, which fans claim just gets better with age.
For the Wheat-Based Fan: Lagunitas' A Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale
If you're an advocate for the sweeter side of the beer catalog, you may want to throw a few bucks from your paid surveys income to this delicious Lagunitas brew. The Brewery, founded in 1983 in Lagunitas, California, is the fifth-best selling brand in the United States but continues to churn out specialized brews like the Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale. Though not one of their most popular flavors, fans went wild for the 50 percent wheat malt blended with "C" hops, which are high acid alpha hops that grow especially well in the American climate.
When you earn extra money online, you can forsake that part-time job and enjoy some of the finer things, whether that includes hobbies, clothes or fancier liquor, for the true connoisseur. Once you've begun to get paid for online surveys, introduce responsible, delicious pleasures back into your life - in moderation, of course! These incredible brews will turn the most bland palate into a craft aficionado, so try these specialty American brands on your next night on the town!
