Earn extra money online and improve your sense of self
Many people enjoy the release that their extracurricular activities give them, whether these take the form of an enjoyable Pilates class after work or a book group. Others struggle with finding something that really makes them happy - instead, they turn to self-help or improvement guides to alter their state of mind toward themselves or the world around them in order to achieve a more balanced life.
Both of these approaches, however, require that one earn extra money online or at a second job, possibly increasing the stress that necessitates these activities in the first place. This isn't the case with taking paid surveys from home on Opinion Outpost, where users can feel that their thoughts are being valued in addition to procuring the money needed to fund additional enjoyments. Here are some of the self-help crazes sweeping the nation today - try them out and improve your own day-to-day life!
Artisanal food and groceries
Along with the organic food craze that has swept the country in the past 10 years has come artisanal food, and even more specific trends in consumerism. Pacific Standard Magazine contributor John Gravois recently wrote about the emerging popularity of artisanal toast in San Francisco and other heavily populated "hipster" areas of the country. The writer searched for the source of the craze in his piece.
"Maybe I thought it would help me understand the rise of all the seemingly trivial, evanescent things that start in San Francisco and then go supernova across the country - the kinds of products I am usually late to discover and slow to figure out. I'm not sure what kind of answer I expected to turn up," Gravois wrote.
No matter its origins, there's no doubt that artisanal food is an interesting way to class up your everyday food intake. It may not be for everyone, but it's extremely healthy and definitely an interesting way to spend what you make taking paid surveys.
